For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

- A clear photo of the item
Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The wrong product was received
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
